Spicy Saurolisk Soup
Another recipe doodle, this one for a fictionalized version of harira soup, (with the article featuring some fantasy-beast meat and some imaginary prep tips). Calling it "spicy saurolisk soup" (even though there's nothing immediately identifiable that it's any particular meat type) makes it FANTASY.

Batwing and Cobweb Pasta
Rather late for Hallow's End, but whatever. The recipe of the week was "batwings and cobwebs," with bowtie pasta providing the "batwings," and the "cobwebs" just being stringy melty cheese. Otherwise it's a pretty basic meat-and-pasta-and-cheese dish.

Arathi Lamb Chops
Lamb chops. Where are they from? The Arathi Highlands, ostensibly! So, I doodled an "Arathi Highlands"-inspired landscape in the background.

Roasted Sliced Turducken
Recipe article for Thanksgiving week (or, in Warcraft, "Pilgrim's Bounty") -- featuring "turducken"! Portraying a slice of it was a bit of a challenge, as ultimately it's just sliced fowl. The chicken and turkey breast meat are almost indistinguishable in terms of visuals -- only the duck meat appeared noticeably darker in photo references I could find. Per my suggestion, the culture blamed -- er, I mean, credited -- with inventing this dish would be the gnolls. The idea was that there were several variations on this basic dish with one creature stuffed inside another inside another and roasted, but this is the Elwynn Forest variety (since as of this year all 3 bird types can at different seasons be found in the same zone). In others, well, look at whatever random set of 3 critters roam a given zone, suspiciously ignoring each other, and those are your three meats for the recipe. (Inspired by all those early Warcraft "kill quests" where you need to make sure you grab the quest for the spiders, the quest for the wolves, and the quest for the killer dire chickens or whatnot all at once, or you'll be killing the things anyway and not getting any credit for it.)

Dire Turducken
Inspired by a mini from Reaper Miniatures, here's my "artistic interpretation" of the completely fictitious "dire turducken." Of course, if only a Warcraft designer were so inclined, I'm sure such a thing COULD exist as an abomination of gnomish technologies, warped magic, or yet another inexplicably chimeric creature wandering around for no particularly good reason.

Draenic Waiter
Another waiter portrait for a made-up cafe, this time of a male draenei.

Happy Woofsgiving!
Another seasonal plush woof doll. They're fun and easy to draw.
