Re: Iron Kingdoms, you've already had a Russian fairytale-inspired setting so maybe it's time to move over a bit... An Asian-style setting maybe? Or if you want to stick with the Russian setting, why not dig into history instead and center it on one of the wars between Russia and its neighboring states, reshuffled a bit?
